Define the record you need

Tell us the purpose of the report, the areas involved and who will use it. The scope can address existing commercial premises, facilities, strata common areas or other suitable property areas.

What you receive

A PDF with inspection information, location-based photographs, descriptions of visible observations, methodology and identified access limitations. Properties, areas and recipients are agreed before appointment.

Planning the inspection

Provide the suburb, approximate extent, access contacts and required dates. We review the requirement and provide a scope and fee proposal.

Inspection scope: This is visual condition recording. Specialist diagnosis, certification and repair-cost assessments require an appropriate separate appointment.
